What should I wear?
Dress code is comfortable clothes, no trainers or rubber-soled shoes.
Can I come on my own?
Yes, many of our dancers are solo dancers and partners are not necessary, although couples are also welcome.
How long does the teaching last?
Each class is 30 - 40 minutes duration.
Do I have to sign up for a set of classes?
No, you are free to attend as and when convenient. You can purchase a book of class tickets at a discounted rate and these do not expire.
Are there refreshments?
Yes, there is a staffed bar at Romsey Town Hall and at BRAVE.
How much is an evening?
Wednesday class night: £8.00.
Fridays class and freestyles at BRAVE: £5.00.
Freestyles are priced per event, details are published here and during classes.
Are there any mid-week freestyles?
The second Wednesday of every month is a 'freestyle', with a Beginner class but no intermediate lesson. This is £6:00.
Is it suitable for those with limited mobility?
Yes, there is lift access at Romsey Town Hall and you can dance to your own level of physical ability. There is seating provided.
Can I come along to watch?
Yes, it is free to come along and watch and ask questions about joining in on a subsequent visit.
